During the week, it usually takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a bit longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery takes an average of 4-12 days. The total delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 12 days.

Placing an Order

It’s important to check that you’ve selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. On the information page, enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once the information is correctly entered, click the 'Continue to Shipping' button.

On the 'Shipping' page, you have the opportunity to review your address details. Note that each shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a gesture to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can continue by clicking the 'Continue to Payment' button.

After selecting your payment method, click the 'Complete Order' button, and you’ll be redirected to your chosen payment option. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order. In the unlikely event you have issues with your order, you can always contact us.
