REFUND POLICY
“PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS AND THAT A FEE WILL BE CHARGED!"
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is intact and as received.
- The product has been handled appropriately, and breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is crucial have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process.
Contact us here, ensuring the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender; we will give you the correct address upon request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person engaging in a legal transaction primarily unrelated to their commercial or professional activity.
A. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
Right to Cancellation
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and refunds are not available upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Chic Query) via a clear statement (contact us page) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Shipment Tracking in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended delivery times that we cannot control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the goods, and then return them to us. You are, of course, welcome to notify us in advance of your cancellation.
To ensure the quickest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this agreement and the goods are returned to us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you incur fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
